The basement apartment has recently been refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with a fresh and modern design. It is perfect for 1 - 3 people and is located in a central yet quiet location, with many walking opportunities. Please note that the apartment is located in a building that houses four other of our apartments.
This property offers contactless check-in. You will receive all the details after booking.
Parking in front of the apartment and in public spaces is free at all times. Please note that other guests at the location also use the available parking spaces. A bus stop is just a few meters from the property.
After a restful night in the comfortable box spring bed, which is already freshly made up, you can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or tea. Our comfortable sofa bed also offers a very restful sleep. If you are traveling with three people, the cozy couch corner with Smart TV can be easily and quickly converted into a third sleeping place. Of course, the bed linen is also ready for the sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchenette offers the opportunity to prepare some of your favorite dishes.
The bathroom has a shower. We provide you with fresh, high-quality towels and a combination of shower gel and shampoo in the accommodation.
Three of the five apartments in this building offer a washer-dryer, a clothes rack, an ironing board and an iron. Unfortunately, this apartment does not have a washing machine.
